Members of British Forces Germany are able to purchase tax free through their host unit as unit procedures can differ please spend some time to go through this page then you will have an easy transaction but now only for items over euro 230 tax paid.

We require a Unit or Garrison admin office purchase order – Auftrag – made out to:

We can only proceed with this purchase order otherwise 19% MwSt is chargeable

Post the unit purchase order and the infomation sheet/quotation completed and signed with €10 German Post only if you do not wish to send cash please telephone for our bank details. On receipt we will post an invoice and pre-paid envelope for you to take to the Unit Admin Office to make your payment. To help us then call 02371 157790 to confirm you have the cheque or if the unit is transferring to our bank account.

Then you or your unit to send the cheque and all copies of the abwicklungschein to our Postfach address ensuring the pre-paid envelope is used German post letter box only and your name and address completed as the sender.

On receipt we will send out the package to the private German quarter address by Deutsche Post/DHL.

Private quarter address delivery from stock 2-3 days! Special orders can take longer and subject to suppliers price increase. Living in camp except JHQ/Javelin Barracks? Then ask a living out friend or colleague to receive the package for you if they are not at home Deutsche Post/DHL will leave a card and you or they will be able to collect from the local German Post Office the next working day with ID.

BFPO delivery is no longer available as the military will not accept responsibility for loss or damage!
